We’re looking for advanced students or graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, with strong experience in QA Automation and leadership experience, capable of guiding QA initiatives, mentoring team members, and helping elevate our QA practices.
What you'll be doing
Lead and support the QA team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
Collaborate with product, project, and development teams to define testing goals
Design and maintain automated test suites to ensure product quality
Automate and validate critical user flows across multiple versions
Prepare and manage databases for isolated and repeatable test cases
Identify and resolve brittle or flaky tests
Define test strategies and contribute to quality planning
Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report findings
Mentor and support other QA team members in their professional growth
What you need
5+ years of professional experience in QA Automation
1+ year of experience leading QA teams or mentoring other QA engineers
2+ years using frameworks like Playwright and Cypress
Advanced English (written & spoken)
Experience automating complex user flows
Ability to manage databases for test execution
Experience in functional, integration, and end-to-end testing
Basic SQL knowledge and data validation skills
API testing and test strategy design experience
Familiarity with CI/CD for test automation in pipelines
Experience with test management tools (TestRail or similar)
Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
Proactive, ownership-driven, and quality-focused mindset
Interest in continuous learning and team development
