We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead teams and ensure successful deliveries with agile methodologies.
You will be working on challenging and innovative startups where we seek to contribute beyond software development. We work as our clients' technical partners in every project as if it is our own.
What you'll be doing
Manage projects in close collaboration with teams and team leaders, ensuring successful delivery
Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) and smooth sprint execution
Ensure teams meet deadlines and project deliverables while maintaining engineering standards
Lead and motivate teams to ensure high performance
Identify potential risks (technical, operational, schedule-related) and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate communication within and across teams for seamless coordination with stakeholders
Provide regular progress reports and project updates to leaders and stakeholders
Resolve conflicts independently, promoting a collaborative and productive culture
What you need
+ 3 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably with development teams
Advanced English for fluent communication with international clients
Experience applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Passion for technology, ideally with a technical background in IT
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and results-oriented focus
