We're searching for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and communications area with a strategic mindset, a focus on results, and a passion for teamwork.
This person will be responsible for both internal and external communication strategies.
What you'll be doing

Lead the marketing and communication team.

Design and implement strategies to reach clients in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Boost our employer brand, creating actions to attract talent in Uruguay and Argentina.
Serve as the point person for internal and external communication, aligning our message with our company culture and purpose.
Collaborate closely with the sales, HR, and C-level teams to align marketing strategy with business goals.
Measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure impact and continuous improvement.
Manage a content calendar for social media, events, articles, blogs, and newsletters.
Create reports on key metrics and performance analysis.
Plan and organize events with the team.
What you need
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related corporate-oriented field.
5+ years of marketing experience and 1+ years of experience leading teams.
Experience in service marketing and the technology industry is highly valued.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Experience in internal and external communication.
Experience in digital marketing (Meta Business, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM) and basic knowledge of photography, video, and editing.
We value a postgraduate degree, diploma, or master's in marketing, business management, MBA, etc., and experience in the tech world.
