We’re looking for a Jr. UX/UI Designer to join our team, with 1 or more years of experience in a similar position.
You will be working on challenging and innovative startups where you will implement and monitor design solutions focused on the user’s needs.
What you'll be doing
Execute UX and UI design tasks across the organization
Define and design experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and user-focused
Create flows and interfaces that generate real impact
Implement and follow up on solutions, ensuring consistency with the original vision
Collaborate closely with developers to find the best possible solutions
What you need
Students or recent graduates in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related fields
1–2 years of professional experience in similar roles
Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles
Advanced English (written & spoken)
Familiarity with design processes, design thinking, and prototyping
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and Notion
Motivation to work in the software industry and contribute with fresh ideas
