Are we aligned?

We’re looking for advanced students or graduates in Computer Engineering, Systems, or Telematics to join our development team as a DevOps Engineer. We're looking for curious minds who are results-oriented, creative, proactive, and eager to grow.

What you'll be doing

End-to-End Infrastructure Implementation: You will design and deploy robust infrastructure for projects ranging from early-stage startups to established, scaling products with a growing number of clients.

Operational Excellence and Automation: Partner with development teams to design and manage automated CI/CD pipelines, streamlining deployment and increasing delivery velocity.

System Reliability and Scalability: Implement comprehensive monitoring and observability tools. You will proactively monitor services and be the one to scale infrastructure ahead of growth, ensuring uninterrupted performance.

Compliance and Audit Expertise: Provide crucial documentation and technical clarity for infrastructure audit processes (e.g., SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001), serving as a subject matter expert.

What you need

Professional Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer.

System Mastery: A deep, working knowledge of distributed systems. You have a proven track record of designing and building fault-tolerant, resilient, and scalable services.

Core Infrastructure Skills: Expert proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure and Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.

Modern Orchestration: Strong, practical experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience with secondary programming languages (Python, Go, Ruby, JS) used for automation, tooling, and support scripts.

Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

Multi-Cloud Fluency: Practical experience with alternative cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure).

Compliance Acumen: Demonstrated experience leading or participating in regulatory compliance implementations (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) and associated audit processes.

About you:

Longevity Planning and System Intuition: You have a strong, practical sense of how long a solution will last. You design systems with the foresight to serve 2-3 orders of magnitude of growth (typically a 12-18 month horizon) before they need a fundamental replacement.

Tactical Implementation & Operational Maturity: The skill and discipline to not just build, but to properly deploy, monitor, and document your work. This includes defining clear error boundaries, creating effective monitors, and writing comprehensive documentation for future colleagues.

Grit and Full-Cycle Ownership: The perseverance to dive into complex problems, implement a solution, diligently scale that solution as the company grows, and ultimately take the lead in replacing it when the system reaches its end-of-life.

High-Impact Communication: Exceptional communication skills that enable you to articulate technical ideas clearly, effectively champion your solutions across teams, and ensure smooth collaboration through the full implementation lifecycle.
