We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the overall delivery health of the vertical, the successful execution of projects, and strong relationships with strategic clients. This person will own delivery predictability across multiple projects, maintaining a holistic view of scope, timelines, budget, quality, and risk.
The Delivery Manager will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Account stakeholders, regularly reviewing delivery and financial metrics to ensure sustainable, scalable, and transparent outcomes.
What you'll be doing
Ensure the health, predictability, and quality of delivery across the vertical, balancing scope, timeline, budget, and quality
Participate in pre-sales and project kickoffs when needed, ensuring clear scope definition, realistic planning, and healthy delivery setups
Maintain a cross-project view of the delivery pipeline, including capacity planning and future delivery needs
Identify delivery risks early and act as the main escalation point when deviations arise between what was sold, what is being executed, and the project burn rate
Coordinate corrective actions with Engineering, Finance, and other stakeholders to realign projects when necessary
Work closely with Engineering Managers on staffing, workload distribution, and delivery performance
Review and monitor delivery metrics on a regular basis, promoting transparency and continuous improvement
Partner with Finance to track the financial health of the vertical, including monthly reviews of hours, capacity, and significant deviations
Support the performance and growth of Project Managers, providing feedback through regular 1:1s focused on delivery quality and execution standards
Coordinate and participate in project handoffs, ensuring smooth transitions between teams, phases, or delivery stages
Participate in key client-facing milestones, such as demos, reviews, and delivery checkpoints
Act as a delivery reference for C-level, providing visibility into delivery performance, risks, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with Engineering to evaluate delivery processes and implement improvements across projects
What you need
5+ years of experience managing projects, preferably with software development teams
Advanced English, with the ability to communicate fluently with international clients
Hands-on experience applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Solid understanding of software delivery processes and development lifecycles
An analytical, problem-solving mindset, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement
