The primary challenge faced by SportBiz was the need to expand their business operations while dealing with manual processes. They aimed to increase sales without significantly expanding their operational team. Currently utilizing a Shopify page, SportBiz aimed to elevate its capabilities and provide an integral solution for clients.
Our challenge was to develop a platform where institutions could track their purchases, manage stock levels, monitor maintenance schedules, and receive suggestions for future purchases based on usage trends and timelines.
To address these challenges, we focused on developing a comprehensive platform from scratch using Node.js, designed to provide a seamless experience for institutions to manage their supplies.
The platform's features encompass inventory tracking, maintenance scheduling, purchase suggestions based on usage patterns, and the ability to include items from other sources. This approach not only simplifies the procurement process but also empowers institutions to make informed decisions about their supplies, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
