MVP Lab Stages
MVP Lab is designed to guide startups from ideation to launch in a structured, supportive environment. Here's a quick look at the key stages of our program:
1. Kick-off
We start by introducing the MVP Lab, Eagerworks, and Embarc. Each founder presents their business idea, target audience, and goals, paving the way for collaboration and cross-synergies.
Outcome: Clear understanding of the program's objectives and each startup's vision.
2. Introduction & Advisory
Founders have 1:1 sessions with their assigned Executive Advisor to define a clear MVP strategy, getting crucial feedback to refine their approach.
Outcome: Validated MVP concept ready for the next steps.
3. Business Idea & Product Definition
This stage focuses on defining business objectives and technical requirements. We align on the feasibility of your solution and outline the product's roadmap with tech support as needed.
Outcome: Solidified business idea and a clear development plan.
4. Hands-on Product Development
Two working sessions dedicated to designing user flows, wireframes, and product prototypes, incorporating feedback from design experts.
Outcome: Comprehensive user flows and wireframes for your MVP.
5. Takeoff
Startups present their key deliverables, from wireframes to system architecture, during a coworking session. A guest startup shares insights to inspire further growth.
Outcome: Defined MVP roadmap, tech stack, and system architecture.
6. Pitch Night
The program concludes with a Pitch Night, where founders showcase their refined business pitches to investors and a jury. This event offers valuable feedback, networking opportunities, and the chance to be crowned the MVP Lab winner.
Outcome: Final pitch evaluation, feedback, and recognition of top performers.
