2025 at Eagerworks: 10 Years Building Software with Great People

post cover picture

This year marked a major milestone for us at Eagerworks: 10 years of building custom software products, growing global teams, and pushing technology forward.

As a product-focused software development company, delivering end-to-end-solutions -from Product Design and Engineering to AI-driven capabilities- 2025 wasn’t just another year on the calendar. It was a moment to reflect on the products we’ve built, the teams we’ve partnered with, and the direction we’re intentionally moving toward.

When we started Eagerworks a decade ago, the goal was simple: build great products with great people. Ten years later, that purpose remains unchanged, but the scale, impact, and ambition behind it have grown significantly.

Celebrating 10 Years of Eagerworks

Reaching our 10-year anniversary was more than a celebration of longevity. It was a reminder that consistency, curiosity, and strong culture compound over time.

From a small, passionate team to a global software company trusted by clients across industries, this milestone reinforced something we deeply believe: long-term impact comes from doing the fundamentals right, year after year.

We celebrated this moment the best way we know how: together. Surrounded by the people who made this journey possible, our 10-year anniversary party was a chance to pause, look back, and recognize the shared effort behind everything we’ve built. It was less about the number and more about the team, the relationships, and the culture that continue to define Eagerworks.

Clients and Sustainable Growth

In 2025, we welcomed 29 new clients, each bringing new challenges, industries, and opportunities to apply our expertise in meaningful ways.

Throughout the year, we had the opportunity to work with organizations across very different contexts and scales within the US, from global brands like Coca-Cola, DHL and KPMG, to fast-growing companies such as Synexus Tax Solutions and The Batch. Many of these partners experienced significant growth themselves, and growing alongside them allowed us to scale in a healthy, organic way.

Growing alongside our partners played a key role in how Eagerworks evolved this year. It allowed us to scale in an organic and sustainable way, without ever compromising what is non-negotiable for us: the quality of our work and the value we strive to deliver to every client. Strong relationships and the trust our clients place in us have been fundamental to that growth.

Beyond project delivery, we invested heavily in in-person collaboration. Client visits and on-site work helped us align more closely, build trust faster, and build stronger partnerships beyond screens and calls.

Culture and Team Growth at Eagerworks

Growth at Eagerworks is never just about numbers, it’s about people and culture.

This year, our team grew to +90 people, a milestone that reflects both business growth and our commitment to building a healthy and collaborative environment. We also took an important step forward by moving into a new office, creating a space that better represents how we work today and how we want to work tomorrow.

Seeing teams collaborate across disciplines, mentor each other, and grow together continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

Community, Events, and Global Presence

Community has always been a core part of who we are.

Throughout the year, each of our studios was actively represented at international events aligned with the expertise. Our Design Team participated in Beyond the Map in Barcelona, our React team attended React Conf 2025 in Nevada, our Ruby on Rails team was present at RailsWorld 2025 in Amsterdam, and our AI team took part in AI for Good in Geneva and NYC Tech Week.

These events weren’t just about staying current with technology trends, they were about sharing knowledge, learning from peers, and contributing to the broader AI and software development community.

Closer to home, we hosted AI meetups, opening our doors to the local tech ecosystem and creating space for meaningful conversations around real-world applications of artificial intelligence.

Beyond public events, we strengthened our global network through Friends of Eagerworks, hosting private in-person gatherings with partners and communities in London, Tampa, and Atlanta. These events were intentionally small and personal, combining conversations about technology and business with a bit of our Uruguayan culture.

And this is just the beginning. We’ll continue growing the Friends of Eagerworks community next year, creating more spaces to connect, share ideas, and meet in person across different cities.

If you’d like to stay in the loop about upcoming events and community updates, you can subscribe to the Friends of Eagerworks newsletter, where we share what’s coming next.

Technical Contributions and Recognition

2025 was also a year of meaningful technical contributions.

One standout moment was the release of a new AI model led by Juan Pablo Balarini (Co-Founder & CTO). The model achieved a Top 10 global ranking, positioning Eagerworks among the leading contributors in its category and reinforcing our presence within the international AI ecosystem.

This recognition goes beyond the technical achievement. It reflects the depth of our technical expertise, our commitment to contributing back to the ecosystem and the way we approach complex problems with a strong focus on real world impact.

For us, this milestone represents what we value most as a company: strong engineering, continuous learning, and real-world impact.

A Personal Reflection on 2025

From my perspective, 2025 was a year marked by uncertainty. The global economic context, what was happening in the U.S. market, and the rapid evolution of AI, along with the hype and fear around how it could impact our industry created a lot of open questions. Naturally, that uncertainty extended to our business as well.

And yet, despite all of that, Eagerworks had an incredible year.

What made the difference wasn’t reacting to trends or chasing hype. It was the strength of the relationships we’ve built over time, with the clients we’ve worked with for years, and with a broad network that has grown organically as a result of consistently doing things the right way. That trust, built over time, became our strongest asset.

A big part of that is the sense of belonging within our team. The way people at Eagerworks care about what they do, take ownership, and act with excellence is what ultimately allows us to deliver real value. It’s what drives organic growth, recommendations, and long-term client loyalty.

For me, that’s the most important takeaway from 2025. Our growth was the result of alignment. Alignment between the team, our values, and the way we approach our clients: not as vendors, but as true partners. Acting as if our clients' challenges were our own, and always looking for ways to add more value than expected.

In a year full of external uncertainty, this reinforced something I strongly believe: sustainable growth comes from strong relationships, a committed team, and a shared sense of purpose. That’s what carried us through 2025, and it’s what will continue to guide us forward.

Looking Ahead

Ten years in, we’re still curious. Still ambitious. Still eager to build.

As we move forward, our focus remains clear: build high-quality software products, help clients solve complex problems, and grow teams that care deeply about what they do.

Thank you to our clients, partners, community, and especially to the Eagerworks team. This year belongs to all of you.

Here’s to what’s next.
