As 2024 draws to a close, we at Eagerworks take a moment to reflect on a year filled with growth, exciting projects, and meaningful partnerships. This year, we not only reached important milestones but also set the foundation for a very special 2025: our 10th anniversary year. Our partners: the key for our success

At Eagerworks, we are proud of our growing network of global partnerships. Our footprint in the United States continues to expand, with key leadership roles in Atlanta (CSO) and Tampa (CEO).

In 2024, we welcomed several of our international partners to our headquarters in Uruguay, solidifying relationships and exploring new opportunities for collaboration. 

We’re also excited to announce that we’ve taken over 20 new projects this year, covering a wide range of areas including software development, design, and AI solutions. Some of the exciting projects we’re working on include FinQuery, ModernPM, Epic, Green Future Project, Rocket House, DHL USA, and Insside, among others.

DocsHunter, our AI-powered product, has been integrated into key clients such as Renew Vault, Promote:Global, and Authorium. These integrations are already helping to streamline processes and enhance user experiences across document management.

Our growing team: talent and structure expansion

Our most valuable asset is our team, and 2024 has been a year of significant growth both in numbers and structure. As we continue to serve an expanding roster of clients, we’ve added talented professionals to every area of the company, from software developers and designers to AI experts. This brings our team to a total of 80 members, marking nearly a 60% increase since last year.

With a robust team structure, we now have dedicated areas focusing on AI development, project management, and quality testing, enabling us to scale and deliver even more personalized and impactful solutions. Meanwhile, our team in Argentina has seen significant growth as well, with new members joining from across the country, further enhancing our ability to achieve exceptional and integrated results. 

Our culture: a commitment to people and purpose

One of the keys of our success is our company culture, and we continue to prioritize team-building and a positive work environment. This year, we've organized multiple team events, from weekend getaways to night parties, all aimed at fostering collaboration and creativity. These events allow our team to bond, share ideas, and continue pushing the boundaries of innovation.

As part of our commitment to growth, we've also taken steps to strengthen our team in Argentina. Our C-level members have traveled to Argentina to connect directly with the local team, reinforcing our commitment to building a supportive and collaborative workplace. As we expand, we remain focused on creating an environment where everyone, regardless of location, feels empowered to do their best work.

Tech and startup community: Events and mentorships

Building connections

Staying engaged with the tech community is a priority for us, and 2024 has been an exciting year for events. 

We’ve participated in major conferences this year, including Railsworld, eMerge, and Reactconf, where we’ve had the chance to showcase our expertise, learn from industry leaders, and connect with new potential clients and partners. These events provide invaluable learning opportunities for our entire team. Our team of developers, in particular, benefit from attending these international events, gaining insights from the best in the field while bringing fresh ideas and expertise back to our projects.

Locally, we’ve continued to foster a sense of community organizing and hosting regular meetups in Uruguay and Argentina, specially focused on Ruby on Rails, AI and React, where we’ve discussed everything from the latest development trends to AI innovations. These gatherings allow us to stay at the forefront of industry developments while building meaningful relationships within the tech community.

Investing in the future

This year has also been great for our venture studio, Eagerventures. In 2024, we proudly invested in two exciting American startups: ModernPM, practice management software for CPA firms, and Gambit, a dating app with a unique value proposition. These investments reflect our commitment to nurturing innovative solutions in project management and digital transformation, helping to shape the future of these industries. ModernPM, in particular, is already working with some of the most prominent CPA firms in the U.S., a testament to the impact and potential of its platform. We are excited to continue supporting these ventures as they grow and evolve.

Mentorships in action

We continued our work as mentors within different programs such as Endeavor, and Techstars and Manatech in the USA, organizations that help accelerate high-impact entrepreneurs. These mentorships not only contribute to the wider tech ecosystem but also offer valuable insights that influence our own strategic decisions.

Through both virtual and in-person sessions, we had the opportunity to engage with founders, listen to their stories, and help them envision the future of their startups. In turn, we shared our experiences and the lessons we've learned from both Eagerventures and Eagerworks, offering guidance on how to navigate the challenges of growing a business.

A new look: our new website launch

2024 marks a significant milestone for us, not just in terms of our achievements, but also in how we present ourselves to the world. As we continue to grow and evolve as a company, it became clear that our online presence needed to reflect the progress we've made. That's why we're excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new website. The refreshed site will showcase our expanded service offerings, provide deeper insights into our team and culture, and offer a more seamless experience for prospective clients. This new look aligns with the next phase of our growth, ensuring that our digital presence mirrors the excellence and innovation we bring to our work every day.

Recognition is always appreciated, and in 2024, we’re proud to have received continued praise from the industry. Clutch, the leading platform for business reviews and ratings, has once again ranked Eagerworks highly in both software development and design categories, further validating the hard work and dedication of our team.

This year, we were honored to receive Clutch's 2024 Ruby on Rails Award, further solidifying our position and reputation within the Rails community. This recognition not only highlights our technical expertise but also reinforces our commitment to delivering meaningful results for our clients, helping them grow and achieve their business goals.

Looking ahead: Eagerworks turns 10

As we approach our 10th anniversary in 2025, we’re filled with anticipation for what’s ahead. One of the most exciting milestones is the opening of our new office, a significant step in accommodating our growing team and enhancing our collaborative efforts. This new space will not only allow us to expand, but also foster creativity, innovation, and the close-knit culture that’s been at the heart of Eagerworks since day one.

In addition to the new office, we're continuing to grow our AI studio, which will focus on developing the next generation of intelligent products. We’re also evolving our website and service offerings to better meet the needs of our clients and community.
